Guideline to be a RAOWA member
As RAOWA stands for ‘Retired Armed Forces’ Officers Association’, the only condition is to be a member of this association is that applicant must be a retired officer from Bangladesh Army, Navy or Air Force who has completed his/her job with success. No suspended officer can be a member of this association.
Required documents are to be a member of RAOWA as follows:
- Application Form (Completely filled up by the applicant)
- Retirement Order from specific organization
- Passport Sized Photo -3 (Three) Copies for applicant
- Passport Sized Photo -1 (One) Copy for Nominee
- Membership fee- 12000/- (Tk. Twelve Thousand only). One time only.
Any retired officers from those three services can be a member any time by submitting all the above stated documents to RAOWA Secretariat, situated at RAOWA Convension Hall, VIP Road, Mohakhali, Dhaka-1206.
Applicant can collect the Application Form from RAOWA Reception Desk at ground floor.
Applicant can Download the form from www.raowa.org and fill up properly. Then send all the required documents to RAOWA Secretariat. After verification and approved by RAOWA EC, he/she will be notified wither his/her application is approved or declined. RAOWA EC reserved all the rights to approve or decline the application.
Applicant may process his/her registration through online registration. For this, you must need to have your valid e-Mail ID which will be used as your 'login id' to get member's page.
If you are a qualified person to be a RAOWA Member, please click on the 'Accept' Button to fill up the 'Online Registration Form'. After providing all the information and uploaded your photo & retirement order’s copy you will get a complete form in PDF Format. After your signature on the application, please send hard copy of all required documents to RAOWA Secretariat. Make sure your payment is received properly to RAOWA accounts department.
Once your application is approved, you can login to member area to get more features.
NOTE: When you will login to your member area first time, you will get a chance to update your all information for once. After then, you can update your cell no, address, marital status and photo only. Otherwise, you need to take help from RAOWA Secretariat with valid documents.
